AUCD Critiques Presidents FY 2019 Budget. The Association of University Centers on Disabilities, or AUCD, shared an analysis on its website of how the budget proposal. Released by President Trump to Congress will impact people with disabilities. The ICI is a member of AUCD because we are a University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities, or UCEDD. There is a horrible guest editorial. In the Times Colonist today by a teacher at one of the local high schools. We know from research, however, that well-trained and properly supported teachers create classrooms in which there are high expectations for all students, creative teaching to studen.
